Abstract

U ovom radu je ispitivano kako se mijenja savojna čvrstoća „Alulight“ pjena s promjenom poroznosti. Uzorci su pripremljeni od 85 g gotovog prekursora (AlSi10 + 0,8 % TiH2 – aluminijeva legura s 0,8 % TiH2 agensa za upjenjivanje), a upjenjeni su u elektrootpornoj zvonastoj peći pri temperaturi 750 °C u vremenskom trajanju od 15 min. Upjenjeni uzorci su različite relativne gustoće zbog činjenice da je masa rastaljenog aluminija isteklog iz kalupa kod svakog pjenjenja bila drugačija. Time su ostvarene poroznosti koje su varirale od minimalne 71 % do maksimalne 76 %. Na gotovim uzorcima je napravljeno ispitivanje savijanjem u tri točke na univerzalnoj kidalici pri čemu su praćene vrijednosti sile i progiba.

Abstract (english)

In this thesis, it was analysed how the change in porosity of “Alulight” foam affects the flexural strength. The samples were prepared from 85 g of premade precursor (AlSi10 + 0.8 % TiH2 – aluminum alloy with added 0.8 % of foaming agent TiH2), and they were foamed in an electric resistance bell furnace at 750 °C for 15 minutes. The samples are of different porosity because the mass of aluminum that escaped from the mould during the foaming process was different for each sample. The resulting porosities range from a minimum of 71 % to a maximum of 76 %. Lastly, the three point bending test was conducted upon the samples on a universal testing machine, during which the force and the deflection were monitored.
