Abstract

Ovaj diplomski rad obrađuje temu načina pretvorbe energije stlačenog zraka u kinetičku energiju brzine vrtnje vratila. U tu svrhu će biti izrađena maketa eksperimentalnog sustava koja sadrži električne i pneumatske komponente te ručno izrađene konstrukcijske dijelove. Brzina vrtnje će biti regulirana prema zadanim vrijednostima te ovisno o vanjskim poremećajima. Okretni moment se ostvaruje ekspanzijom zraka unutar cilindara koji su pričvršćeni na vratilo. Za usmjeravanje vrtnje vratila koriste se mehanički upravljani ventili te bistabilni razvodnici. Kako bi se sustavu regulirala brzina vrtnje na ulaz je ugrađen proporcionalni ventil kojim upravlja mikrokontroler preko PWM modula, a za dobivanje vrijednosti brzine vrtnje se koristi optički enkoder koji se nalazi na kraju vratila. Brzina vrtnje se zadaje okretanjem potenciometra čiju vrijednost otpora mikrokontroler čita. Kako bi se mogle uživo vidjeti vrijednosti ulaza i izlaza, mikrokontroler je tijekom rada sustava moguće povezati s računalom. Na kraju rada će biti dan zaključak o mogućnostima upravljanja ovog sustava te može li se dodatno unaprijediti.

Abstract (english)

This work deals with the topic of a way of converting compressed air energy into kinetic energy of the shaft speed. For this purpose, a model of the experimental system will be made, which contains electrical and pneumatic components and hand-made construction parts. The rotation speed will be regulated according to the set values and depending on external disturbances. Torque is achieved by expanding the air inside the cylinders attached to the shaft. Mechanically operated valves and bistable manifolds are used to direct the rotation of the shaft. In order to regulate the system speed, a proportional valve is installed at the input, which is controlled by a microcontroller via a PWM module, and an optical encoder located at the end of the shaft is used to obtain the speed value. The speed of rotation is set by turning the potentiometer whose resistance value the microcontroller reads. In order to be able to see the input and output values live, the microcontroller can be connected to a computer during system operation. At the end of the paper, a conclusion will be given about the possibilities of controlling this system and whether it can be further improved
