Abstract

Uslijed zabilježenog porasta obrade i prodaje žica, cijevi i profila, te samim time i potražnje za strojevima koji obavljaju taj posao, cilj ovog diplomskog rada je izraditi konstrukcijsko rješenje stroja za automatizirano savijanje žice. Primjene metalnih profila su raznolike, primjerice za armaturu u građevini ili za izradu šasije automobila. Upravo jednostavnost, efikasnost i relativno niska cijena ove obrade dovela je do sve većeg interesa za ovakvom obradom. Pošto su procesi obrade savijanjem žica i cijevi vrlo slični, konstrukcija će se moći uz određene preinake primijeniti za obradu cijevi, šipki ili određenih profila. U radu će biti navedena neka postojeća rješenja čijom će se analizom i sintezom ponuditi konstrukcijsko rješenje automatizirane savijačice žice. Stroj će se izrađivati aditivnom tehnologijom, odnosno 3D printanjem, obradom deformiranjem za određene limove konstrukcije te obradom odvajanjem čestica za dijelove s višim opterećenjem ili koji su izloženi trošenju.

Abstract (english)

Due to the recorded increase in the processing and sale of wire, rods and tubes, and thus the demand for machines that perform this type of work, the purpose of this graduate thesis is to design a machine for automated wire bending. Application of metal profiles is various, for example in civil engineering as a metal framework, as well as car chassis in the automobile industry. Simplicity, efficiency, and low production costs of this kind of processing led to its growing interest. Whereas wire, rods and tube processing are quite similar, with few adaptations and modifications this construction will be applicable for rod and pipe bending. The thesis will present, analyze and summarize some commercial products to offer the design of an automated wire bending machine. The machine will mainly be made with additive technology, i.e. 3D printing, and the metal forming processes for shaping construction sheets. Some parts with higher load and with higher exposure to wear are going to be made of metal by machining processes.
