Abstract

Obrada metala deformiranjem od metalnog doba pa do danas ima važnu ulogu u životu čovjeka jer se plastičnom deformacijom krutim metalima mijenja oblik, ali i mehanička svojstva. Tehnologiju oblikovanja deformiranjem karakterizira visoka produktivnost, dimenzijska točnost i visoka kvaliteta površine proizvoda te mogućnost proizvodnje bez gubitka materijala. Kako bi se pronašle i razradile metode za proračun naprezanja, deformacijskih sila i deformacijskog rada u postupcima oblikovanja deformiranjem potrebno je poznavati teoriju oblikovanja deformiranjem. Jedan od najzastupljenijih postupaka oblikovanja deformiranjem je duboko vučenje kod kojeg se iz metalnog lima izrađuju tankostjeni proizvodi. Dubokim vučenjem se velikom brzinom i niskim troškovima proizvodnje dobivaju proizvodi raznovrsnih materijala te velike točnosti i kompleksne geometrije koji su prisutni u suvremenoj serijskoj proizvodnji metalnih dijelova. Cilj rada je upoznati postupak dubokog vučenja te usporediti eksperimentalne rezultate sile dubokog vučenja s rezultatima dobivenim analitičkom analizom. U svrhu ostvarivanja cilja rada, eksperimentalno je proveden postupak prve faze dubokog vučenja za izradu simetričnog cilindričnog proizvoda i analitička analiza istog.

Abstract (english)

Metal forming processes from the metal age until today have an important role in human life because plastic deformation of solid metals changes the shape, but also the mechanical properties. Forming technology is characterized by high productivity, dimensional accuracy, and high surface quality of the product, as well as the possibility of production without loss of material. In order to find and develop methods for the calculation of stresses, deformation forces and deformation work in forming processes, it is necessary to know the theory of deformation forming. One of the most common deformation forming processes is deep drawing, in which thinwalled products are made of sheet metal. Deep drawing produces products of various materials and high accuracy and complex geometry, which are present in modern serial production of metal parts, at high speed and low production costs. The aim of this paper is to know the deep drawing procedure and to compare the experimental results of the deep drawing force with the results obtained by analytical analysis. In order to achieve the goal of the work, the procedure of the first phase of deep drawing for the production of a symmetrical cylindrical product and its analytical analysis was performed experimentally.
