Abstract

U okviru ovog diplomskog rada prikazano je projektno rješenje kontejnerske kondenzacijske sušare za sušenje piljenog drva bukve i hrasta. Kontejner u kojem se treba smjestiti prostor za sušenje i strojarnica je brodski kontejner visoke izvedbe standardne veličine 40 stopa. Kondenzacijska sušara kao glavni izvor topline koristi dizalicu topline zrak-zrak koja kao izvor topline koristi latentnu toplinu kondenzacije vlage sadržane u struji zraka. Kao radna tvar u dizalici topline koristi se R134a. Uz glavni izvor topline potreban je i pomoćni, kako bi se proces sušenja pokrenuo. Diplomski rad sastoji se od teorijske osnove i proračunskog dijela. U sklopu teorijske osnove definira se: struktura drva, vlaga u drvu, kinetika sušenja drva i moguće greške prilikom sušenja. Također je dan opći opis konvektivnog sušenja uključujući i opis kondenzacijskog sušenja drva. U sklopu proračunskog dijela određuju se: oblik i dimenzije složaja, potreban broj ventilatora za strujanje zraka i potrebna snaga pomoćnog izvora topline(predgrijača). Isto tako, određene su potrebne snage isparivača i kondenzatora dizalice topline zrak-zrak za tri radne točke prema odabranom režimu sušenja. Na temelju izračunatih potrebnih snaga isparivača i kondenzatora dimenzionirani su: kompresor dizalice topline, cjevovodi dizalice topline, isparivač i kondenzator dizalice topline. Na kraju rada prikazan je dispozicijski crtež kontejnerske kondenzacijske sušare.

Abstract (english)

Within this master's thesis, the project solution of the container dehumidification dryer for drying sawn beech and oak wood is presented. The container in which the drying area and the technical room should be located is a standard size high cube 40 feet shipping container. The dehumidification dryer uses an air-to-air heat pump as the main heat source, which uses the latent heat of condensed moisture contained in the air current as its heat source. R134a is used as a refrigerant in the heat pump. In addition to the main heat source, an auxiliary one is needed, to start the drying process. The master's thesis consists of a theoretical part and the design part. Within the theoretical part, the following terms are defined: wood structure, wood moisture, wood drying kinetics and possible drying errors. A general description of convection drying was also given, including a description of dehumidification drying of wood. Within the design part of the thesis, the following is determined: the shape and dimensions of the wood stack, the required number of fans and the required power of the auxiliary heat source (preheater). Likewise, the necessary thermal capacity of air-to-air heat pump evaporator and condenser for three operating points according to the selected drying regime are determined. Based on the calculated required capacity of evaporator and condenser, the following parts are dimensioned: heat pump compressor, heat pump pipelines, evaporator, and heat pump condenser. At the end of the thesis, a dispositional drawing of a container dehumidification dryer is presented.
