Abstract

Završni rad na temu razrade koncepta i konstrukcijskog rješenja dvosmjernog horizontalnog konvejera koji pijeskom puni bunkere postavljene u niz, izrađen je u skladu sa proračunom i na temelju kombinacije postojećih rješenja konvejera za slične zahtjeve i pripadajuće literature. Uvodni dio sastoji se od općenitog razmatranja o prenosilima s pogonskim trakama, analize principa rada nekih postojećih proizvoda, te vrednovanja i odabira najboljeg koncepta. Na temelju tog koncepta zadatak ide u daljnju razradu, uz zadane ulazne parametre: ukupna dužina trake, visina vozne trake i volumenski protok. Radu je uz proračun priložena tehnička dokumentacija u obliku sklopnog crteža konvejera sa svim bitnim presjecima i detaljima.

Abstract (english)

The subject of this final paper: developing the concepts and designing the two-way horizontal conveyor which fills the bunkers arranged in a row with the sand, has been made in line with the calculations and the combination of existing conveyor solutions information and required literature.
The introduction contains general descriptions of conveyors, analyses of some of the existing products, the evaluation of the concepts and choosing the best one. The chosen concept then undergoes further development and elaboration, together with the assigned entrant parameters: the belt lenght, the height of the belt placement and volumetric flow rate. The technical documentation of the conveyor is attached at the end of the paper.
