Numerička analiza dvoplašnog spremnika za gorivo zapremine 2000 L

Abstract

Zakonskom regulativom Republike Hrvatske određeno je kako spremnici dizelsog goriva te goriva na bazi dizela (lož ulje, plavi dizel, biodizel...) do volumetrijskog kapaciteta 2000 L ne podliježu strogim zakonskim propisima. Analizom tržišta utvrđeno je kako postoje dvoplašni vertikalni spremnici volumetrijskog kapaciteta 1500 L te 2100 L, dok nije pronađen spremnik kapaciteta 2000 L. Prvi spremnik je premali, dok drugi podliježe strogim zakonskim propisima. U suradnji s tvrtkom Etradex d.o.o. odlučeno je konstruirati vlastiti dvoplašni spremnik koji bi zadovoljio njihove potrebe, a to je dvoplašni spremnik kapaciteta 2000 L. U prvom poglavlju dana je teoretska podloga spremnika za štetne tvari, te je ukratko opisano dizelsko gorivo. U drugom poglavlju ukratko je opisana metoda konačnih elemenata te glavne skupine konačnih elemenata. Također, ukratko su spomenute teorije na kojima se ti konačni elementi temelje te dana su neka ograničenja tih teorija. Treće poglavlje bavi se verifikacijom konačnih elemenata na jednostavnom primjeru cilindrične ljuske ispunjene vodom. Razmatrana je diskretizacija različitim konačnim elementima te je promatrana konvergencija tih elemenata ka točnom rješenju. Četvrto poglavlje bavi se numeričkim i analitičkim proračunom pojednostavljene geometrije traženog finalnog spremnika. U ovom proračunu su uvedena neka pojednostavljenja i rubni uvjeti kako bi bilo moguće provesti proračun analitički. U zadnjem poglavlju provedena je isključivo numerička analiza na finalnoj geometriji spremnika, te su rezultati takve analize uspoređeni s rezultatima iz prethodnog poglavlja.

Abstract (english)

The legislation of the Republic of Croatia stipulates that dizel fuel tanks and dizelbased fuel tanks (heating oil, blue diesel, biodiesel ...) up to a volumetric capacity of 2000
L are not subject to strict legal regulations.
Market analysis revealed that there are double-walled vertical tanks with a volumetric
capacity of 1500 L and 2100 L, but a tank with a capacity of 2000 L was not found.
The rst tank is too small, while the second is subjected to strict legal regulations. In
cooperation with Etradex d.o.o. it was decided to construct their own double-walled tank
that would meet their needs, and that is a double-walled tank with a capacity of 2000 L.
The rst chapter provides a theoretical basis of containers for harmful substances, and
a brief description of Diesel fuel.
The second chapter briey describes the nite element method and the main groups
of nite elements. Also, the theories on which these nite elements are based are briey
mentioned and some limitations of these theories are given.
The third chapter deals with the verication of nite elements on a simple example
of a cylindrical shell lled with water. The discretization with dierent nite elements is
considered and the convergence of these elements towards the correct solution is observed.
The fourth chapter deals with the numerical and analytical calculation of the simplied
geometry of the required nal tank. Some simplications and boundary conditions have
been introduced in this chapter to make it possible to carry out the calculation analytically.
In the last chapter, only a numerical analysis was performed on the nal geometry of
the tank, and the results of this analysis were compared with the results from the previous
chapter.
