Abstract

U radu su, sukladno normi HRN EN ISO 3650:2008/Ispr.1:2010 Geometrijske specifikacije proizvoda (GSP) — Etaloni duljine — Planparalelne granične mjerke, analizirane osnovne definicije i zahtjevi na kvalitetu mjernih površina, te zahtjevi na materijal, oblik, i dimenzije osnovnih etalona duljine - planparalelnih graničnih mjerki. Opisane su metode umjeravanja planparalelnih graničnih mjerki te analizirane klase točnosti i dopuštena odstupanja etalona duljine sukladno različitim mjeriteljskim potrebama. U Republici Hrvatskoj postoji jedan akreditirani laboratorij koji umjerava planparalelne granične mjerke i s obzirom na saznanja da se određeni broj garnitura umjerava u inozemstvu, u okviru rada je analizirana potreba za otvaranjem novog akreditiranog laboratorija za umjeravanje etalona duljine. U radu je provedena anketa koja je obuhvatila subjekte u Hrvatskoj (poduzeća i laboratorije) koji zbog prirode posla imaju potrebu za korištenjem planparalelnih graničnih mjerki te je procijenjena potreba za otvaranjem laboratorija za umjeravanje etalona duljine mjernog područja do 100 mm.

Abstract (english)

This paper analyses the basic definitions and demands for the quality of measuring surfaces, as well as the demands for the materials, shapes, and dimensions of length standards - gauge blocks, in line with the international standard HRN EN ISO 3650/Corr. 1:2010 Geometrical Product Specifications (GPS) – Length standards – Gauge blocks. It describes the calibration methods of gauge blocks while also analysing the accuracy grades and maximum allowed deviations of gauge blocks based on various measuring needs. There is only one accredited laboratory in Croatia, which calibrates gauge blocks. Considering the fact that the certain number of sets is calibrated in other countries, the paper also analyses the need for opening a new accredited laboratory for the calibration of gauge blocks. The paper shows the results of a survey that includes various companies and laboratories in Croatia which, due to the nature of their work, need to use gauge blocks. The paper evaluates the necessity of opening a new laboratory for the calibration of gauge blocks of up to 100 mm.
