Abstract

U sklopu diplomskog rada proveden je proračun pojedinih elemenata dizalice topline voda – voda. Proračunu komponenti prethodio je proračun projektnih toplinskih gubitaka stambene kuće na širem području grada Nove Gradiške prema normi HRN EN 12831 kao i proračun projektnih toplinskih dobitaka prema normi VDI 2078. U računalnom programu MGIPU Energetski Certifikator proveden je proračun godišnje potrebne energije za grijanje i hlađenje prema normi HRN EN 13790. Termodinamičkim proračunom proračunate su dimenzije pločastog lemljenog kondenzatora i isparivača u krugu dizalice topline, kao i pločastog lemljenog međuizmjenjivača između bunarske vode i isparivača za zaštitu dizalice topline od agresivne bunarske vode. Za proračunate vrijednosti dizalice topline odabrani su odgovarajući spiralni kompresor i termoekspanzijski ventil kao druge dvije glavne komponente kruga dizalice topline. Također, u programskom paketu MATLAB - Simulink provedena je simulacija izmjene topline između radne tvari R410A i ogrijevne vode u pločastom lemljenom kondenzatoru.

Abstract (english)

Within the diploma thesis, the calculation of individual components of the water - water heat pump was carried out. The calculation of components was preceded by calculation of heat losses of residential house in the wider area of the town Nova Gradiška according to the standard HRN EN 12831, as well as the calculation of heat project gains according to the VDI 2078 standard. The calculation of the required annual energy for heating and cooling according to HRN EN 13790 was carried out in the computer software MGIPU Energy Certifier. Brazed plate condenser and evaporator in heat pump circuit, as well as brazed plate heat exchanger between the ground water and the evaporator for protection of the heat pump from aggressive ground water, was calculated by thermodynamic calculation. For the calculated values of the heat pump, the corresponding scroll compressor and thermoexpansion valve were selected as the other two main components of the heat pump circuit. Also, in the MATLAB - Simulink software package, a simulation of the heat exchange between the working substance R410A and the heating water in a plate brazed condenser was carried out.
