Abstract

U ovom su radu izrađeni numerički modeli referentne hotelske nZEB zgrade u kontinentalnoj Hrvatskoj i različitih termotehničkih sustava u zgradi u softveru IDA ICE. Određeno je toplinsko i rashladno opterećenje zgrade te su provedeni ostali proračuni nužni za dimenzioniranje termotehničkih sustava prije izrade modela. Prikazan je proces izrade više različitih računalnih modela termotehničkih sustava u softveru IDA ICE. Načinjen je satni dinamički proračun potrošnje energije u zgradi na godišnjoj razini s više varijanti tehničkog sustava i ovojnice zgrade, a zatim je upotrebom optimizacijskog algoritma izračunata troškovno optimalna razina zgrade.
Rezultati proračuna godišnje potrebne energije za grijanje i hlađenje, isporučene energije po tehničkim sustavima i primarne energije za troškovno optimalnu razinu zgrade izračunati proračunom u softveru IDA ICE uspoređeni su s rezultatima izračunatima proračunom u softveru MGIPU Energetski certifikator u koji je implementirana jednostavna satna metoda iz HRN EN ISO 13790.

Abstract (english)

In this paper, numerical model of reference hotel nZEB building in the continental part of Croatia alongside various technical building systems in IDA ICE software were created. Building heating and cooling load during design weather conditions were calculated and other calculations necessary for designing technical building systems were conducted. The proces of modelling various technical building systems is explained. Hourly dynamic simulation of yearly building energy need with multiple versions of building envelope and technical building systems was conducted. After that, by the means of optimization algorithm, a cost-optimal level of the building was calculated.
Results of the annual energy need for heating and cooling calculations, as well as delivered energy and primary energy obtained by IDA ICE for the cost-optimal level of the building were compared to results obtained by MGIPU Energetski certifikator, a software with implemented simple hourly method from HRN EN ISO 13790
