Abstract

Osteoporotični prijelomi danas zauzimaju sve značajnije mjesto u ukupnom morbiditetu stanovništva. Većina takvih prijeloma zahtijeva zahvate kao što je operativno liječenje. Unatoč poboljšanju operacijskih tehnika, uvođenju novih implantata, broj loše sraslih prijeloma proksimalnog humerusa je značajan, naročito kod osoba starije životne dobi. Prijelomi proksimalnog humerusa liječe se pločicama na zaključavanje, običnim anatomski prilagođenim pločicama i kod pojedinih prijeloma intramedularnim čavlima. U sklopu ovog rada eksperimentalno su ispitane tri titanske osteosintetske pločice na zaključavanje savijanjem u tri točke. Ispitivanja su provedena na statičkoj kidalici prema normi ISO 9585. Progib je za vrijeme ispitivanja mjeren bezkontaktno uz pomoć videoekstenzometra. Nakon ispitivanja prema normi ISO 9585 određene su savojna krutost i ekvivalentna savojna čvrstoća pločice. Metodom konačnih elemenata analizirani su pomaci, deformacije i naprezanja pri sili kod koje je pločica u elastičnom području. Opterećenje i rubni uvjeti postavljeni su tako da simuliraju eksperimentalno ispitivanje. Usporedbom rezultata za progib kod eksperimenta i računalnih simulacija uočeno je jako dobro poklapanje rezultata.

Abstract (english)

Nowadays osteoporotic fractures take significant place in total population morbidity. Majority of these fractures require procedures such as surgical operation. Despite the improvement of operational techniques and intake of new implants, a number of badly healed proximal humerus fractures are significant, especially within older population. Proximal humerus fractures are treated with locking plates, anatomical customed plates and in some fractures intramedullar nails. In this paper 3 titanium locking osteosynthetic plates are tested in 3 point bending. Tests are performed on static universal testing machine by ISO 9585 standard. Deflaction is measured contactless during the test with videoextensometer. Bending stiffness and equivalent bending strength are determined after the test by ISO 9585 standard. With finite element method deflections, deformations and stresses are analysed at force which does not cause plastic deformations. Load and boundary conditions are set up so that they can simulate experimental testing. Comparing experimental results for deflection and computer aided simulation,a very positive match of results has been spotted.
