Abstract

Ovim radnom je prikazan koncept upravljanja životnim ciklusom proizvoda kroz digitalnu proizvodnju, odnosno kroz simulaciju procesa proizvodnje jedne vrste trofaznog kaveznog asinkronog elektromotora. Prikazana je i poveznica koncepta upravljanja životnim ciklusom proizvoda i industrije 4.0 te svih elemenata sustava koji čine modernu proizvodnju. Pomoću programske podrške za prikaz digitalne proizvodnje prikazano je trenutno stanje proizvodnog sustava te su predložena dva moguća poboljšanja kao primjer mogućnosti programske podrške i primjene koncepta upravljanja životnim ciklusom proizvoda u realnom sustavu. Pri odlučivanju kod višekriterijskog problema korišten je analitički hijerarhijski proces kao pomoć pri donošenju složene investicijske i organizacijske odluke.

Abstract (english)

In this paper, it is shown the concept of product lifecycle management (PLM) through digital manufacturing and simulation of production one type of electric motor. There is shown link between PLM system and industry 4.0 with all elements that make modern production system. With PLM software, there is shown current production system and two possible improvement of it as examples of software’s possibilities and implementation of PLM software in real production system. Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was great help with dealing with multicriteria decision problem of investment and organization.
