Abstract

U ovome radu opisani su osnovni principi rada analizatora ispušnih plinova. Razumijevanjem načina na koji mjerna oprema radi korisnik će se bolje upoznati sa samim uređajem i sa njegovim mogućnostima. Također je dan kratak uvid u zakone i pravilnike u kojima se spominju analizatori ispušnih plinova, te metode kojima je potrebno provoditi određena mjerenja. Upoznavanjem sa svime navedenim, te pregledom tržišta moguće je shvatit koliko je mjerna oprema „ozbiljna“, što treba uzeti u obzir pri interpretaciji rezultata dobivenih mjerenjima. Drugi dio rada su upute za upravljanje uređajem i njegovo održavanje. Time je omogućeno relativno brzo upoznavanje sa uređajem. Korisniku je približen način na koji se upravlja uređajem, način u kojem periodu i kako uređaj održavati, te na koji način uređaj kalibrirati. U sklopu rada napravljen je program u programskom paketu LabVIEW kojim je omogućena integracija analizatora ispušnih plinova sa postojećim mjernim sustavima u Laboratoriju za motore i vozila. U samom radu detaljno je opisan način na koji je izrađen program čime je omogućeno upoznavanje budućih korisnika sa načinom rada programa što otvara mogućnost za razvoj i unapređenje istoga.

Abstract (english)

This master thesis describes the basic operation principles of the analyzer for exhaust gases. By understanding the way in which the measuring equipment works user will become familiar with the device hardware and its capabilities. It also provides a brief insight into the laws and regulations that mention exhaust gas analyzers and methods by which it is necessary to perform certain measurements. With the overiview of the relevant rules and regulations and having in mind the existing market dynamics, one can gain better understanding of the measuring equipment complexity. The second part of the thesis contains instructions for device management and maintenance. This allows a relatively quick introduction to the device. It enables user to get familiar with the way the device operates and how to maintain and calibrate the device. As part of the work, software was developed in LabVIEW software package, which allows the integration of the exhaust gas analyzer with current measuring systems in the Laboratory for engines and vehicles. The thesis describes in detail how software was created, what provides the prospective users with an opportunity for further development and improvement.
