Abstract
Tema ovog rada je stroj za četkanje gomolja, poput krumpira, batata, mrkve ili đumbira. Gomolji će u stroj ulaziti preko pokretne trake, a očišćeni gomolj iz stroja također izlazi na sljedeću pokretnu traku ili u kanal. Za kvalitetnije čiščenje i uklanjanje nečistoća, stroj osim četki koristi i mlaznice koje špricaju gomolje odmah na ulazu s pokretne trake. Otpadni materijal se skuplja u posebni spremnik kako bi se korisnika zaštitilo od prašine i nečistoća. Isto tako, zaštitni limovi štite korisnike od pokretnih dijelova, lančanika i četki, kao što i štite vitalne dijelove stroja, poput motora, ležajeva i lančanih prijenosnika, od utjecaja prašine i vode.
Abstract (english)
Subject of this paper is tubers brushing device, made for brushing vegetables such as potato, sweet potato, carrot or ginger. Conveyor brings the tubers into the machine, and once they are cleaned, they go onto the another conveyor which trasports them further. In order to increase efficiency, besides brushes, machine also uses nozzles which are spraying tubers right at the exit from a inlet conveyor. Waste material is collected into the tank, which means users are safe and protected from dirt, water and dust. Sheet metal coverings protect both users and machine parts, motor, chain drives and bearings, preventing dirt, dust and water from entering.
