Abstract

U radu je provedena analiza naprezanja i deformacija u debelostijenim cijevima. Proračuni su provedeni analitički i numerički metodom konačnih elemenata u programskom paketu Abaqus. Proračun u elastičnom području proveden je kako bi se verificirala numerička rješenja, ispitala konvergencija te odabrao optimalan tip konačnih elemenata. Promatran je slučaj otvorene cijevi opterećene konstantnim unutarnjim tlakom. Uspoređeni su rezultati dobiveni korištenjem različitih konačnih elemenata. Korišteni su 2D elementi za analizu ravninskog stanja naprezanja i osnosimetrični elementi (trokutni i četverokutni) te trodimenzijski konačni elementi (tetraedarski i heksaedarski). Također je provedena usporedba rješenja dobivenih korištenjem elemenata prvog i drugog reda. Proračunom u elasto-plastičnom području analizirao se postupak autofretaže debelostijenih cijevi i odredili optimalni parametri. Autofretaža je postupak opterećivanja debelostijenih cijevi unutarnjim tlakom pri kojem nastaju plastične deformacije, a čiji je cilj smanjenje ekvivalentnih naprezanja prilikom ponovnog opterećenja cijevi u eksploataciji. Proračun je proveden za slučaj zatvorene cijevi korištenjem elastičnog – idealno plastičnog materijala, uz pretpostavku malih deformacija. Također je proveden proračun za linearni viskoelastični model materijala, pri kojem naprezanja i deformacije postaju funkcije vremena. U proračunu je korišten Zenerov model viskoelastičnog materijala, uz pretpostavku malih deformacija koja omogućuje korištenje principa podudarnosti elastičnog i viskoelastičnog modela. Promatrana je vremenska promjena radijalnog pomaka za slučaj otvorene cijevi opterećene konstantnim unutarnjim tlakom. U svim rješavanim problemima provedena je usporedba analitičkih i numeričkih rješenja i u svim slučajevima postignuto je dobro podudaranje rezultata.

Abstract (english)

This thesis deals with stress and strain analysis of thick-walled cylinders. Analysis is conducted both analytically and numerically using software package Abaqus for finite element method (FEM) analyses. Linear elastic analysis is used to verify FEM results, to test convergence and to choose optimal type of finite elements. Open thick-walled cylinder loaded with constant internal pressure is observed. Results obtained using different finite elements have been compared. 2D plane stress finite elements, axisymmetric finite elements and 3D elements have been used in the verification analyses. The comparison of result calculated with first order and second order finite elements has been also conducted. The calculation of elastic-plastic behaviour of material has been conducted to analyze autofrettage process and to determine optimal parameters of autofrettage process. The autofrettage is production process where thick-walled cylinders are loaded with internal pressure that causes plastic strains in the cylinder. As a result of autofrettage the maximum equivalent stress inside the cylinder is reduced when cylinder is loaded with an operational pressure. The elastic perfectly plastic material model has been used with the assumption of small displacements. A closed thick-walled cylinder has been observed. Analysis has been also conducted with a linear viscoelastic model of material, where the stress and strain depend on time. The Zener material model has been used. The correspondence principle can be used assuming small displacements. The change of radial displacement in time for an open thick-walled cylinder loaded with constant internal pressure has been observed. In all analyses analytical and numerical results have been compared and good correlation has been obtained.
