Abstract

Cilj ovog rada je prikazati praktičnu primjenu i implementaciju logistiĉkih rješenja u skladišnom sustavu poduzeća Feroterm. Nakon teorijskog pregleda logistike i osnova skladištenja, u ovome radu će se detaljno opisati odabrano poduzeće kroz opis djelatnosti, prodajnih lokacija, proizvodno-prodajnih programa te kadrovske i hijerarhijske strukture. Potom slijedi detaljan opis i prikaz skladišnog sustava uključujući skladišne zone, prostorni raspored, skladišna regalna i transportna oprema te informacijski sustav. Završetkom tog poglavlja slijedi detaljan opis skladišnog procesa koji uključuje prijem, uskladištenje, komisioniranje i otpremu robe. Na kraju ovog rada opisati će se moguće poboljšanje jednog dijela skladišnog procesa na temelju razgovora s djelatnicima i voditeljom skladišta.

Abstract (english)

The goal of this graduation work is to demonstrate practical application and implementation of logistics solutions in the storage system of Feroterm company. After the theoretical review of logistics, in this paper will describe in detail the selected company through the description of the activity, retail locations, production and sales programs and hierarchical structure. This is followed by a detailed description and presentation of storage system including storage areas, spatial distribution, warehouse racking and conveying equipment and information system. Upon completion of this chapter follows a detailed description of a storage process involving reception, storage, order picking and shipping goods. At the end of this paper possible improvement of one part of storage process will be described based on interview with the staff and warehouse manager.
