Abstract

Rukovanje materijalom, tj. transport u industriji predstavlja trošak, koji nije direktna posljedica povećanja vrijednosti materijala. Stoga, možemo zaključiti da rukovanje materijalom u proizvodnji treba, gdje je god to moguće, eliminirati odnosno optimirati (minimizirati). Detaljna snimka i analiza postojećeg stanja tokova materijala (količine zaliha i protoci, postojeća oprema i ljudi, raspoložive površine i skladišni prostor, kvalitativni i kvantitativni prikaz toka materijala) unutar nekog poduzeća mogu nam pomoći u optimiranju rukovanja materijalom. Snimka i analiza postojećeg stanja tokova materijala gotovih proizvoda te poznavanje planova menadžmenta i njihovih zahtjeva daju nam mogućnost unapređenja tokova materijala optimiranjem postojećeg stanja te primjenom suvremenih tehnologija identifikacije i komunikacije.

Abstract (english)

Material handling (transport) in industry presents the cost which is not a consequence of increased value of material itself. Therefore, we should avoid or optimize (minimize) material handling in our production where ever that is possible. Detailed analysis of existing material flow (reserve amount, existing equipment and people, available area, available storage area, quality and quantity of material flow) through our company can help us with the optimization of material handling. As a result we can achieve better production with the product which is more competitive on the world market. After we analyze the material flow in our company we have a great opportunity to improve the material flow with the optimization of existing situation and with the implementation of modern technologies of identification and communication
