Abstract
Ideja ovog rada je projektiranje elektrohidrauličkog robotskog manipulatora koji se može koristiti u automatiziranim industrijskim pogonima. Takav manipulator omogućuje ostvarenje velikih snaga hidrauličkim putem te jednostavnu obradu i prijenos upravljačkog signala korištenjem elektronike. Postavljeni su zahtjevi koje manipulator mora ispunjavati. Izabrana je struktura robotskog manipulatora odnosno njegova kinematika. S obzirom na zahtjeve konstruiranja i kinematike, u radu su izabrane komponente elektrohidrauličkog sustava te su prikazane njihove karakteristike i tehnički podaci. Projektirane su različite vrste prihvatnica koje se mogu primjeniti na konkretnim primjerima u industriji. Korištenjem programa "Catia" konstruiran je elektrohidraulički robotski manipulator u prostoru sa pripadajućim komponentama, te je vizualno prikazan rad robota korištenjem izrađenih prihvatnica.
