Abstract

Iako ideja i potreba za prijenosnim stolovima za streljaštvo postoji već dugi niz godina, u posljednjih deset godina razvojem industrije, tehnologije i znanosti zabilježen je porast potražnje i razvoja komercijalnih prijenosnih stolova za streljaštvo. Povećana potreba za ovim oblikom prijenosnog stola razlog je odabiru ove teme.
Cilj ovog završnog rada je predstaviti optimalno i funkcionalno konstrukcijsko rješenje prijenosnog stola za streljaštvo, a pritom pružiti uvid u njegova ograničenja, nedostatke i prednosti u odnosu na postojeće proizvode.
Uvodni dio rada donosi upoznavanje sa terminima koji u najvećoj mjeri obilježavaju rad inženjera-konstruktora, a to su razvoj proizvoda, konstruiranje i ergonomija.
U praktičnom dijelu rada se provodi analiza tržišta proizvoda i analiza zadovoljstva korisnika. Nakon toga slijedi koncipiranje, predstavljanje novih koncepata i njihovo konstrukcijsko i ergonomsko vrednovanje te analiza dodijeljenih ocjena. Pomoću 3D-CAD programa se provodi dimenzioniranje i detaljiranje odabranog koncepta te definiranje njegovog materijala.
U zaključku se dolazi do spoznaje o važnosti ergonomskog vrednovanja u razvoju novih proizvoda. Također se dolazi do spoznaje kako se korištenjem minimalnog broja poboljšanja može predstaviti konkurentan proizvod, čime zaključujemo kako se doista radi o području industrije koje se tek krenulo razvijati.

Abstract (english)

Although the idea and need for portable shooting tables have existed for many years, in the last ten years, because of the development of industry, technology and science we have seen an increase in demand and development of commercial portable shooting tables. The increased need for this form of portable table is the reason for choosing this topic.
The aim of this final paper is to present an optimal and functional design solution for a portable shooting table, while providing insight into its limitations, disadvantages and advantages compared to existing products.
The introductory part of the paper introduces the terms that mostly characterize the work of engineer-constructors, namely product development, product design and ergonomics.
In the practical part of the paper, an analysis of the product market and an analysis of user satisfaction are carried out. This is followed by the concept development, presentation of new concepts and their design and ergonomic evaluation, as well as an analysis of the assigned grades. Using a 3D-CAD program, the dimensioning and detailing of the selected concept and the definition of its material are carried out.
In conclusion, the importance of ergonomic evaluation in the development of new products is recognized. It is also understood that a competitive product can be presented using a minimal number of improvements, which leads us to conclude that this is indeed an area of the industry that has just begun to develop.
