Abstract

Ovaj rad se fokusira na razvoj traktorskog priključka za jednoredno iskapanje krumpira. Cilj je
stvoriti uređaj koji učinkovito odvaja zemlju i biljku od gomolja krumpira koristeći vibracijski
mehanizam ili mehanizam s pokretnom trakom. Proces razvoja proizvoda uključuje analizu
tržišta, istraživanje patenata, definiranje tehničkih zahtjeva, izradu funkcijske dekompozicije,
koncipiranje te konstruiranje uređaja. Nadalje, provode se opsežni proračuni za komponente
uređaja, uključujući kinematsku analizu i analizu čvrstoće. Navedeni proračuni osiguravaju
stabilnost i pouzdanost uređaja u radnim uvjetima. Proračunavaju se faktori sigurnosti kritičnih
komponenti kako bi se zajamčila sigurnost i dugovječnost uređaja. Ukupni cilj razvoja
proizvoda je povećanje tržišnog udjela, fokusirajući se na male i srednje poljoprivrednike,
nudeći im moderan i učinkovit alat za berbu krumpira.

Abstract (english)

This paper focuses on the development of a tractor attachment for single-row potato harvesting.
The goal is to create a device that effectively separates the soil and plant from the potato tubers
using either a vibration or a conveyor belt mechanism. The product development process
includes market analysis, patent research, defining technical requirements, creating functional
decomposition, and conceptualizing and designing the device. Additionally, extensive
calculations are performed for the device components, including kinematic and strength
analysis. These calculations ensure the stability and reliability of the device under working
conditions. Safety factors for critical components are calculated to guarantee the longevity and
durability of the device. The overall goal of the product development is to increase market share
by focusing on small and medium-sized farmers and offering them a modern, efficient tool for
potato harvesting.
