Abstract

Tema ovog zadatka je proračun čvrstoće dizalice s horizontalnim dohvatnikom. Dizalica je osmišljena i dimenzionirana pomoću zadanih parametara, a nakon toga je proveden analitički proračun čvrstoće ključnih dijelova dizalice. Osim analitičkog proračuna, bilo je potrebno napraviti numeričku analizu pomoću metode konačnih elemenata. Numerička analiza provedena je u komercijalnom programskom paketu Abaqus. Dobiveni rezultati numeričkom analizom su uspoređeni s rezultatima dobivenim analitičkim putem. Na kraju su pomoću podmodeliranja detaljnije analizirana naprezanja na kritičnim mjestima.

Abstract (english)

The topic of this thesis is strength analysis of a crane with a horizontal reach. The crane was designed and dimensioned using the given parameters, and then an analytical calculation of the strength of the key parts of the crane was carried out. In addition to the analytical calculation, it was necessary to make a numerical analysis using the finite element method. Numerical analysis was performed in the commercial software package Abaqus. The results obtained by numerical analysis were compared with the results obtained analytically. Finally, the stresses at critical locations were analyzed in more detail using submodeling.
