Abstract

U ovom diplomskom radu opisana je važnost povrata topline u industrijskom rashladnom postrojenju. Povratom topline podižemo učinkovitost postrojenja i postižemo godišnje financijske uštede. Kroz rad objašnjavaju se i proračunavaju elementi u rashladnom postrojenju s naglaskom na rekuperatoru topline pregrijanih para radne tvari i hladnjaku ulja. Postrojenje je smješteno na području grada Varaždina. Radna tvar u sustavu jest amonijak (R717). Na temelju proračuna kružnog procesa izvedeni su termodinamički proračuni evaporativnog kondenzatora i isparivača. Uz ove postavke dimenzionirani su dijelovi rashladnog postrojenja. Na kraju je proveden proračun godišnjeg povrata toplinske energije kao i pripadnih financijskih ušteda.

Abstract (english)

This thesis describes the importance of heat recovery in an industrial refrigeration plant. By recovering heat, we increase the efficiency of the plant and cause annual financial savings. The work explains and calculates the elements in the cooling plant with an emphasis on the heat recuperator and the oil cooler. The plant is located in the area of the city of Varaždin. The working medium in the system is ammonia (R717). Thermodynamic calculations of the evaporative condenser and evaporator were performed based on the calculation of the circular process. With these settings, the parts of the cooling plant are dimensioned. At the end, a calculation was made of how much heat can be recovered annually and how much financial savings this is on an annual basis in euros and kuna.
