Abstract

Cilj diplomskog rada je predložiti moguća unaprjeđenja procesa za smanjenje elastičnog povrata u procesu oštro kutnog savijanja lima. Promjene će se analizirati računalnom simulacijom u programu MSC Marc Mentat SE. Uz računalnu simulaciju provest će se proračun sila savijanja i naprezanja u materijalu. Dimenzionirati će se alat i potreban stroj za savijanje.
Prije analize savijanja opisivat će se najčešći načini savijanja lima, obradit će se postupak oštro kutnog savijanja, opisat će se tehnologija oblikovanja savijanjem i momenti kojima je materijal izložen tijekom savijanja. Na kraju rada će se predložiti moguća unaprjeđenja.

Abstract (english)

The thesis aims to propose possible improvements to the process of reducing elastic springback
in the process of sharp angular bending of sheet metal. The changes will be analyzed by
computer simulation in the MSC Marc Mentat SE program. In addition to the computer
simulation, there strikethrough calculation of bending forces and stresses in the material will
also be carried out. The tool and the necessary bending machine will be dimensioned. Before
the bending analysis, the most common ways of bending sheet metal will be described, the
process of sharp angular bending will be processed, bending molding technology and the
moments to which the material is exposed during bending will be described. At the end of the
paper, possible improvements will be proposed.
