Abstract

U modernom svijetu bilježi se značajan porast uporabe polimera koji sve više postaju neizostavnim u različitim sektorima. Tehnologije obrade, od kojih je jedna injekcijsko prešanje, ključne su u njihovoj primjeni. Te tehnologije neprestano napreduju te ih danas odlikuju visoka preciznost, kvaliteta, pouzdanost i brzina u proizvodnji, čime odražavaju trend rasta upotrebe ovih materijala.
Uzimajući to u obzir, tema ovog rada usmjerena je na injekcijsko prešanje gdje se kroz simulaciju detaljno analizira ponašanje taljevine kako bi se konstruirao funkcionalan i kvalitetan kalup. Konstrukciju slijedi i izrada komponenti kalupa gdje se primjenjuje Fusion 360 kao softver za CAM simulaciju.

Abstract (english)

In the modern world there is a significant increase in the use of polymers, which are increasingly becoming indispensable in various sectors. Processing technologies, one of which is injection molding, are crucial in their application. These technologies are constantly advancing and today they are characterized by high precision, quality, reliability and speed in production, thus reflecting the growing trend in the use of these materials.
Taking this into account, the topic of this paper is focused on injection molding, where the behavior of the melt is analyzed in detail through simulation in order to construct a functional and high-quality mold. The construction is followed by the production of mold components where Fusion 360 is applied as software for CAM simulation.
