Abstract

Ovaj diplomski rad na temu „Analiza i unapređenje procesa komisioniranja u skladištu odabrane tvrtke“ je prikaz procesa komisioniranja u poduzeću PIMS Elektro Oprema d.o.o. uz korištenje ERP sustava GoSoft. U prvom dijelu su prikazani osnovni podaci o odabranom poduzeću zajedno s prikazom skladišta i alata koji se koriste u skladišnim procesima. Nakon toga su teorijski objašnjeni pojmovi skladišnog poslovanja te skladišne strategije s fokusom na proces komisioniranja. U praktičnom dijelu rada prikazan je proces uskladištenja i komisioniranja unutar odabrane firme te su navedeni problemi koji se pojavljuju. Potom je objašnjen unapređeni proces uskladištenja i komisioniranja unutar odabrane firme uvođenjem barkoda, optimiranjem ruta i korištenjem GoSoft sustava. Krajnje je prikazana analiza rezultata prije i poslije unapređenja procesa uskladištenja i komisioniranja.

Abstract (english)

This thesis on the topic “Analysis and improvement of the order-picking process in the warehouse of the selected company” is a presentation of the order-picking process in the company PIMS Elektro Oprema d.o.o. with the use of the GoSoft ERP system. In the first part, basic information about the selected company is presented with a description of the warehouse and the tools used in warehouse processes. After that, the concepts of warehousing operations and warehousing strategy were theoretically explained with a focus on the order-picking process. In the practical part of the work, the process of warehousing and order-picking within the selected company is presented, and the problems that arise are listed. Then, the improved process of storing and order picking within the selected company was explained by introducing barcodes, optimizing routes and using the GoSoft system. Finally, the analysis of the results before and after the improvement of the storing and order-picking process is presented.
