Abstract

U ovom završnom radu bilo je potrebno konstruirati teleskopsku podiznu platformu. Kao ulazni podaci zadani su visina dizanja, dimenzije i nosivost platforme, prijenosni omjer koloturnika teleskopa, pogonska grupa i korištenje električnog pogona, a kao dodatni zahtjev zadana je mogućnost postavljanja tereta u ekscentar platforme. Kako je ovim sustavom koloturnika potrebno istovremeno podizati teret i platformu, odrađen je orijentacijski proračun koji je pretpostavio masu platforme kako bi se dobile okvirne vrijednosti potrebne za proračun mehanizma za dizanje. Nakon orijentacijskog proračuna pristupilo se proračunavanju mehanizma za dizanje, konstruiranju platforme i CAD modeliranju korištenjem programa Autodesk Inventor. Zatim se provela kontrola konstruirane platforme proračunom kritičnih naprezanja nosive konstrukcije. Za kraj je izrađana potrebna tehnička dokumentacija u programu Autodesk Inventor.

Abstract (english)

In this final thesis, the assignment was to design a telescopic lifting platform. The assigned input data contained lifting height, platform dimensions, carry capacity, transmission ratio of a rope reeving and the use of an electric drive. As an additional request it was required to enable the eccentric placement of the load onto the platform. This system requires simultaneous lifting of the load and the platform, so a preliminary calculation was carried out with a presumed mass of the lifting platform that enabled us to get indicative values needed to carry out the calculation of the lifting mechanism. After the preliminary calculation the next steps were carrying out the calculation of the lifting mechanism, constructing the platform and CAD modeling using Autodesk Inventor. Then a stress control of the critical supporting structure components was carried out. Finally the necessary technical documentation was made using Autodesk Inventor technical drawing feature.
