Abstract

U ovom radu je analizirano udarno opterećenje uz pojavu plastičnih deformacija i pripadno povećanje nosivosti. Kako bi se provjerio numerički postupak, prvo su dobivena numerička rješenja, u programskom paketu Abaqus/Explicit, za pad tereta tijela na gredu na dva prepusta, jer za taj slučaj postoji analitičko rješenje. U prvom koraku su se promatrale samo elastične deformacije, a u drugom je opterećenje povećano kako bi se moglo analizirati i analitički provjeriti širenje elasto-plastičnih zona. Nakon što je osigurana točnost numeričkog postupka, modeliran je suprotni slučaj udar deformabilnog tijela u kruti zid uzimajući u obzir elastične, te elasto-plastične deformacije. Za primjer deformabilnog tijelo uzet je okvir automobila. Uspoređene su brzine udara deformabilnog tijela sa zidom kod kojih dolazi do pojave prvih plastičnih deformacija, te pojave potpuno plastificiranih zona za odabrani niskougljični čelik i aluminijsku leguru.

Abstract (english)

In this thesis, the impact load with the development of plastic deformations and the corresponding increase in load capacity was analyzed. In order to verify the numerical procedure, solutions were first obtained numerically, in the Abaqus/Explicit software package, for the body load falling on the simply supported beam. For such case, it is easy to find an analytical solution. In the first step, only elastic deformations were observed, and in the second, the load was increased in order to perform analysis and analytical verification of elastoplastic zone growth. After ensuring the accuracy of the numerical procedure, the opposite case was modeled the impact of a deformable body into a rigid wall, taking into account elastic and elastoplastic deformations. As an example of a deformable body, a car frame was considered. The impact velocities of a deformable body at which the first plastic deformations occur and the velocities needed for the appearance of completely plasticized zones for selected low-carbon steel and aluminum alloy were compared.
