Abstract

U ovom je radu prikazana metoda zaštite od korozije organskim premazima koji se primjenjuju u širokom spektru industrija kao sustavi premaza kako bi se pokrio što širi raspon zahtjeva mehaničkih i korozijskih svojstava. Predstavljeni su načini nanošenja premaza i pripreme površine koja prethodi samom nanošenju te su dane karakteristike sušenja infracrvenom (IC) metodom. Kako bi se predvidjelo ponašanje premaza, provedena su laboratorijska ispitivanja na čeličnim pločicama na koje su naneseni sustavi premaza te je napravljena usporedba dvaju različitih sustava sušenih na zraku i pomoću IC zraka. Sukladno dobivenim rezultatima izvedeni su zaključci o svojstvima premaza ovisno o načinu njihovog sušenja.

Abstract (english)

In this paper a method of corrosion protection with organic coatings is presented, which is applied in a wide range of industries as coating systems to cover the widest possible spectrum of mechanical and corrosion properties. The methods of applying the coating and preparing the surface before the actual application is presented, and the characteristics of drying using the infrared (IR) method are given. To predict the behavior of the coating, laboratory tests were carried out on steel plates on which the coating systems were applied, and a comparison was made between two different systems dried in air and with IR rays. Following the obtained results, conclusions were drawn about the properties of the coating depending on the method of their drying.
