Abstract

U teorijskom dijelu završnog rada opisana su svojstva i primjena konstrukcijskog čelika S335. Proučene su pripreme sučeljenog zavarenog spoja prema standardnoj normi HRN EN ISO 9692 te su dane karakteristike pripreme spojeva debljine osnovnog materijala od 5 do 30 mm. Nakon toga opisan je MIG/MAG postupak zavarivanja metalnim praškom punjenom žicom kojim se prethodno naveden čelik zavaruje. Detaljno su proučene i opisane specifičnosti metalnim praškom punjenih žica, te su dane određene prednosti i nedostaci u odnosu na druge vrste dodatnih materijala. Opisane su značajke trokomponentnih plinskih mješavina korištene za zavarivanje konstrukcijskog čelika.
U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada osmislen je eksperiment za zavarivanje sučeljenog spoja na čeliku kvalitete S355. Ploče debljine 10 mm zavaruju se MAG postupkom metalnim praškom punjenom žicom u zaštitnoj atmosferi trokomponentnih plinskih mješavina. Na uzorcima je analizirana geometrija zavara, makrostruktura spoja i ispitana je tvrdoća na određenim mjestima na uzorku.

Abstract (english)

In the theoretical part of this paper, the properties and application of structural steel S335 are described. Preparations of butt-welded joints according to standard HRN EN ISO 9692 were studied, and the characteristics of the preparation of joints with base material thickness from 5 to 30 mm were given. After that, the MIG/MAG welding process with metal cored wire, which is used to weld the previously mentioned steel, is described. The specifics of metal cored wire are studied and described in detail, and certain advantages and disadvantages compared to other types of filler metals are given. The characteristics of three-component gas mixtures used for welding structural steel are described.
In the experimental part, an experiment was designed for butt joint welding on S355 quality steel. Plates with a thickness of 10 mm are welded using the MAG with metal cored wire in a protective atmosphere of three-component gas mixtures. On the samples, the geometry of the weld, the macrostructure of the joint was analyzed and the hardness was tested in certain places on the sample.
