Abstract
U ovom radu je projektirano i proračunato amonijačno rashladno postorojenje s dvostupanjskim prigušivanjem i dvostupanjskom kompresijom za duboko zamrzavanje mesa, točnije svinjetine i govedine. Proračunta su 2 tunela za duboko zamrzavanje dimenzija 10x5x3 m. Temperatura u rashladnom tunelu iznosi -32 °C. U radu je proveden proračun toplinskog opterećenja tunela, proračun komponenti sustava te proračun i dizajn isparivača. Priložena je shema sustava i automatske regulacije te dispozicijski crtež isparivača.
Abstract (english)
In this thesis the amonia refridgeration system with two-stage damping and two-stage compression is designed and calculated. We are freezing meet, more precisely pork and beef. Two meet freezing tunnels, dimensions 10x5x3 m, have been calculated. Temperature in freezing tunnel is -32 °C. In this thesis there have been calculations of heat load, components of refridgeration system, and evaporator design and calculation. The scheme of connection with automatic regulation and disposition drawing of evaporator are attached.
