Abstract

Logistika je aktivnost poduzeća definirana kao proces planiranja, upravljanja, ostvarivanja i kontrole fizičkih protoka robe i s njime povezanih informacija putem cijelog vrijednosnog lanca nekog poduzeća. Vrlo važan element logistike, iz financijskog i aspekta djelatnosti je aktivnost skladištenja i provođenje skladišnih procesa. Uz prikaz njenih djelatnosti, lokacije, usluga i pregleda logističkih aktivnosti, detaljan opis navedenih segmenata logistike provesti će se na primjeru poduzeća Pliva d.o.o., koje je dio izraelske Teva grupe. Poduzeće proizvodi asortiman proizvoda koji se plasiraju na domaće i inozemno tržište, a njihovo skladištenje i priprema za distribuciju vrši se u dva skladišno – distribucijska centra. Analizom procesa u skladišno – distribucijskim centrima predloženo je i unaprjeđenje kako bi se povećala uspješnost njihova rada.

Abstract (english)

Logistics is a business activity defined as the process of planning, managing, achieving and controlling the physical flow of goods and related information through the entire value chain of a company. A very important element of logistics, from a financial and operational aspect, is the activity of storage and carrying out storage processes. In addition to the presentation of its activities, location, services and overview of logistics activities, a detailed description of the mentioned logistics segments will be carried out on the example of the company Pliva d.o.o., which is part of the Israeli Teva group. The company produces a range of products that are sold on the domestic and foreign markets, and their storage and preparation for distribution is done in two warehouse – distribution centers. Through the analysis of the processes in the warehouse – distribution centers, improvements were also proposed to increase the performance of their work.
