Abstract

Kompoziti ojačani staklenim vlaknima su već desetljećima jedan od glavnih konstrukcijskih materijala u brodograđevnoj industriji. Vrlo su lagani, zahtijevaju jednostavno održavanje te su otporni na koroziju. Međutim, zbrinjavanje otpadnih dijelova od kompozita ojačanih staklenim vlaknima predstavlja problem budući da nisu biorazgradivi te radi toga biokompoziti dobivaju sve veću ulogu u brodogradnji. U ovom je radu provedena strukturna analiza modela trupova katamarana tvrtke Marservis d.o.o. koji je izrađen u sklopu projekta ProEco. Prvi dio rada obuhvaća modeliranje trupova i materijala koji su korišteni u daljnjoj analizi te usporedba sa zadanim podacima kako bi se potvrdila vjerodostojnost proračuna u programskom paketu Femap/NX Nastran. U drugom dijelu rada kreirana je mreža konačnih elemenata sa svojstvima kompozita ojačanih staklenim vlaknima te sa svojstvima kompozita ojačanih lanenim vlaknima sa epoksidnom matricom te je provedena analiza u programskom paketu ComposeIT kako bi se dobiveni rezultati usporedili sa pravilima Bureau Veritasa.

Abstract (english)

Glass fiber-reinforced composites have been one of the main structural materials in the shipbuilding industry for decades. They are lightweight, require simple maintenance, and are resistant to corrosion. However, the disposal of waste parts made of glass fiber-reinforced composites is a problem, as they are non-biodegradable, and therefore, bio-composites are playing an increasingly important role in the shipbuilding industry. In this thesis, a structural analysis of the catamaran hull model produced by Marservis d.o.o. as part of the ProEco project is conducted. The first part of the thesis includes the modeling of the hulls and the materials used in the further analysis, along with a comparison with the specified data to confirm the accuracy of the calculations in the Femap/NX Nastran software package. In the second part of the thesis, a finite element mesh with the properties of glass fiber-reinforced composites and flax fiber-reinforced composites with an epoxy matrix is created, and an analysis is performed in the ComposeIT software package to compare the obtained results with the Bureau Veritas rules.
