Abstract

U uvodnom dijelu rada opisani su elektroničko-mehanički uređaji s ticalom, čija je svrha mjerenje površinske hrapavosti. Uz opći opis spomenute skupine uređaja, izdvojen je uređaj Perthometer S8P na kojem su se provodila mjerenja za potrebe eksperimentalnog dijela rada. Potom se definira pojam hrapavosti površine kao i 2D parametri istog. Prilikom definiranja hrapavosti površine i 2D parametara, izdvojeni su i pobliže opisani 2D parametri površinske hrapavosti koji su se mjerili u eksperimentalnom dijelu, Ra i Rz. U nastavku, prikazan je pregled literature iz raznih izvora s temom primjene otisaka u području mjerenja hrapavosti. Glavni cilj ovog dijela rada je prikupljanje podataka i povratnih informacija o analizama spomenute metode mjerenja. Uz analize pokusa, dobivene su i povratne informacije za pravilan odabir vrste replike koja će u konačnici služiti za uzimanje otisaka površine uzoraka tokom eksperimentalnog dijela rada. Nakon pregleda literature, slijedi pregled najčešće spomenutih i korištenih replika te sužavanje izbora na repliku najpogodniju za metodu mjerenja hrapavosti primjenom otisaka. Naposljetku, odabrana je replika detaljnije opisana. Eksperimentalni dio rada baziran je na mjerenju površinske hrapavosti odabranih uzoraka i njihovih replika. Površine replika predstavljaju otiske zrcaljenih površina uzoraka. Odabrane su tri skupine strojne obrade iz kojih je izdvojeno po pet uzoraka. Na svakom uzorku provedeno je pet mjerenja, a dobiveni su rezultati uspoređeni, analizirani te grafički prikazani.

Abstract (english)

The introductory part of the paper describes the electronic-mechanical devices called 2D stylus devices, whose main purpose is measuring surface roughness. Alongside general description of said devices, Perthometer S8P is described individually and in more details because it was used for the experimental part of the paper. Afterwards, the term surface roughness and the 2D roughness parameters are defined. In that chapter, 2D roughness parameters Ra and Rz were described in detail since those were the measured parameters during the experimental part. Next was given a brief review of the literature from different sources whose thesis is application of replica in the field of roughness measurement. Main purpose of this part of the paper is gathering data and information about analysis of said measuring method. Alongside experiment analysis, information for the correct choice of the replica material type which will be used for the surface replication of the chosen samples was gathered. After a review of the literature, a review of the most mentioned and used replicas is given, which resulted in the selection of a replica that is the most compatible for a measuring method in the experimental part of the paper. Also, detailed description of the chosen replica was given. The experimental part of the paper was based on measuring the surface roughness of chosen samples and their replicas. Replicas’ surfaces present the prints of the mirrored sample surfaces. Three types of machining processes were chosen from which were taken five samples each. On every sample was made five measurements and the results were compared, graphically shown and analyzed.
