Abstract
U radu je obuhvaćen proračun opruga okretnog postolja Y25 i konstrukcijska razrada naprave za dugotrajno ispitivanje istih. Proračun opruga proveden je prema uputama aktualnog standarda. Naprava za ispitivanje se sastoji od zavarene konstrukcije na koju je montirana potrebna oprema. Opterećivanje opruga vrši se hidrauličkim cilindrom, a podaci se bilježe preko enkodera i mjernog pretvarača sile. Na napravu je ugrađena i zaštitna ograda. Proveden je proračun čvrstoće konstrukcije i zavara te proračun hidrauličkog sustava.
Abstract (english)
This paper covers the calculation of the springs for the Y25 bogie and the structural development of the device for their long-term testing. The calculation of the springs was carried out according to the instructions of the current standard. The test device consists of a welded structure on which the additional equipment is mounted. Spring loading is done with a hydraulic cylinder and data is recorded via an encoder and a force transducer. A protective fence is also installed on the device. The calculation of the strength of the structure and welds, as well as the calculation of the hydraulic system, was carried out.
