Abstract

Kako bi se dosegla teško dostupna mjesta, često je potrebno klečati. Neka zanimanja zahtijevaju dugotrajno svakodnevno klečanje koje može uzrokovati razna oštećenja koljena od kojih se neka mogu razviti i u ozbiljne bolesti kao što je osteoartritis. Kako bi se takva oštećenja izbjegla, potrebno je zauzeti položaj klečanja kojim će se čim više smanjiti vršni pritisci na koljenu. U eksperimentalnom dijelu ovog rada, pomoću Tekscan platforme, uspoređuje se utjecaj položaja tijela prilikom klečanja na raspodjelu pritiska na koljenima i stopalima.
Prvi, uvodni dio, sastavljen je kao teorijska podloga i prikaz dijelova zgloba koljena, biomehanike koljena te oštećenja i bolesti koje se mogu razviti klečanjem.
U drugom dijelu nalaze se neki od bitnijih faktora koji utječu na raspodjelu pritiska pri klečanju. Također su dani neki zaključci iz već postojećih istraživanja o silama i njihovu omjeru u dijelovima koljena.
Treći dio služi kao usporedba uređaja koji su se koristili ili se još uvijek koriste za mjerenja pritiska pri klečanju.
Četvrti dio je eksperimentalni i u njemu su dani brojčani, vizualni i dijagramski podaci mjerenja ovog rada. Provedeno je 6 statičkih i 1 dinamičko mjerenje. Statička mjerenja uključuju i 2 mjerenja gdje subjekt drži teret u ispruženim rukama ispred tijela. Na kraju je dan zaključak izveden iz dobivenih rezultata mjerenja.
U petom dijelu su izračunate i međusobno uspoređene sile u zglobu koljena.

Abstract (english)

Kneeling is sometimes necessary to get to hard-to-reach places. Some professions require daily and long-term kneeling which can cause various knee injuries, some of which can develop into serious diseases such as osteoarthritis. In order to avoid such injuries, it is necessary to kneel in a way where the peak pressures on knees will be reduced as much as possible. Using the Tekscan platform, the experimental part of this thesis explores the influence of body position on the distribution of pressure on knees and feet while kneeling.
The first, introductory part, gives a theoretical background on various parts of the knee joint, knee biomechanics and knee injuries and diseases which can be developed by kneeling.
The second part contains some of the more important factors which affect the pressure distribution while kneeling. It also contains some conclusions about knee forces and their ratios from an already existing research papers.
Third part is a comparison of instruments which were used or are still in use for kneeling pressure measurements.
Fourth part is an experimental one and used as an overview of numerical, visual and graphic data measured in this thesis. 6 static and 1 dynamic measurements were carried out. Static measurements contain 2 measurements where the subject held a load in outstretched arms.
Knee joint forces are calculated and compared in the fifth part. At the very end of the thesis, there is a conclusion drawn from the measured data.
