Abstract

Katedra za alatne strojeve Fakulteta strojarstva i brodogradnje sudjeluje u projektu Fakulteta prometnih znanosti kojemu je cilj izrada ispitnog postava za mjerenje sila na model zrakoplova u zračnom tunelu. Ispitni postav sastoji se od aluminijskih profila koji čine okvir, modela zrakoplova smještenog na prihvatni element sa ugrađenim senzorom sila, te sustava od dva rotacijska prigona kojima se model može zakretati oko dvije osi. Za kompletiran postav nedostaje još nekoliko pozicija za prihvat rotacijskih prigona te senzora sile koje je potrebno izraditi, a koje će biti realizirane u sklopu ovog zavrsnog rada.
Biti će opisan tehnološki postupak izrade nedostajućih pozicija, što uključuje 3D modeliranje pozicija, korištenje programskih sustava za generiranje putanji alata zajedno sa parametrima obrade preporučenim od strane proizvođača alata, te generiranje popratne tehničke dokumentacije pozicija.

Abstract (english)

Chair of machine tools of the Faculty of mechanical engineering and naval architecture
has joined the project of the Faculty of transport and traffic sciences to create a test setup which would be used to measure the forces on a model aeroplane subjected to a fluid in a down-scaled wind tunnel. The setup consists of a frame made of aluminium profiles, a model aeroplane attached to a carrying element with an integrated load sensor, and a system of two hollow rotary actuators which are capable of rotating the attached model around two axis. To complete the test setup a few parts tasked with accepting the rotational drives and the force sensor need to be created, and the creation will be realized as a part of this undergraduate thesis.
The technological procedure of creating the missing elements will be presented, as well as the creation of 3D models, tool paths generated in specialized programes in accordance with recommended machining parameters and practices, and the accompanying technical documentation.
