Abstract
Rad opisuje uporabu navojnih vretena te prikazuje neke primjere s tržišta. Ukratko je opisan i fizikalni princip rada samog navojnog vretena. U svrhu ostvarenja traženih parametara podizača prikazano je nekoliko koncepata uređaja te je odabran i detaljno konstruiran koncept mehanizma s elektromotornim pogonom te s prijenosom snage pomoću zupčastog remena i s 2 trapezna vretena spojenih u seriju. Naposljetku je prikazana tehnička dokumentacija podizača koja prikazuje podignuto te spušteno stanje.
Abstract (english)
The paper describes the use of power screws in lifts and shows some of the examples available on the market. The working principles of power screws are briefly explained also. For the purpose of meeting the required lift parameters, few possible device concepts are shown and described. Furthermore, the chosen concept, consisting of an electric motor drive, toothed belt transmission and 2 power screws connected in series is designed in detail. Lastly, technical drawings of the device assembly are given showing its raised and lowered state.
