Abstract
Sve stroži zahtjevi u proizvodnji, kao i razvoj tehnologije, rezultirali su intenzivnom upotrebom računala u procesu proizvodnje s ciljem povećanja konkurentnosti poduzeća i ostvarivanja većeg profita. Primjer upotrebe suvremenih alatnih strojeva i računalnih alata korištenih u proizvodnji prikazan je kroz projektiranje kompletnog tehnološkog procesa strojne obrade kompleksnog obratka koji zahtijeva višestraničnu i različitu višeoperacijsku obradu u dva stezanja na suvremenom tokarskom obradnom centru s nasuprotnim glavnim vretenom. Projektiranje je obavljeno upotrebom najraširenije korištenog CAM programa, Mastercama.
Abstract (english)
Increasingly stringent manufacturing requirements, as well as technological development, have led to an intensive application of computers in the manufacturing process aimed at surpassing competition and increasing profitability. An example for the application of modern CNC machines alongside appropriate software in the manufacturing processes is presented through the design of a complete technological process of machining a complex workpiece that requires multi-sided and different multi-operation machining in two clamps on a modern turning center equipped with sub-spindle. The design of technological process of machining is done using the most widely used CAM software, Mastercam.
