Abstract

Cilj ovog rada je ispitivanje svojstava čelika oznake X90CrMoV18 (Č4772) nakon dupleks postupka boriranja s naknadnim kaljenjem. Rad se sastoji od teorijskog i eksperimentalnog dijela. Za povećanje otpornosti na trošenje i produljenje životnog ciklusa proizvoda osim površinske tvrdoće bitna je i debljina postignutog sloja. Zbog toga se javlja potreba za modificiranjem postojećih toplinsko difuzijskih postupaka. Jedan od načina poboljšanja otpornosti na trošenje je kombinacija klasičnog postupka boriranja s naknadnim kaljenjem (dupleks postupak) čime se postiže puno bolja podloga na kojoj nastaje boridni sloj. U teorijskom dijelu rada opisan je postupak boriranja i kaljenja čelika, dok je u eksperimentalnom dijelu provedena toplinska obrada boriranja i naknadnog kaljenja na odabranom čeliku X90CrMoV18.

Abstract (english)

The aim of this work is to investigate the properties of steel marked X90CrMoV18 (Č4772) after duplex boroning procedure with subsequent hardening. The paper consists of theoretical and experimental work. In order to increase the wear resistance and prolong the life cycle of the product, in addition to the surface hardness, the thickness of the achieved layer is also important. Therefore, there is a need to modify existing thermal diffusion procedures. One of the ways to improve wear resistance is to combine the classic boroning process with subsequent hardening (duplex process), which achieves a much better substrate on which the boride layer is formed. In the theoretical part of the paper, the process of boring and hardening of steel is described, while in the experimental part, heat treatment of boring and subsequent hardening was performed on selected steel X90CrMoV18.
