Abstract

U ovom radu obrađen je zadatak konstruiranja pomičnog okvira za podizanje tereta u radioničkim prostorima. Na početku rada u teorijskom uvodu ukratko je objašnjena primjena dizalica i različite vrste istih. Potom je provedena analiza tržišta, odnosno analiza već postojećih rješenja, na temelju čega su kasnije generirana i opisana četiri koncepta. Zatim slijedi ocjenjivanje koncepata po određenim kriterijima na temelju čega biti će odabran optimalan koncept koji ide u daljnju razradu. Po završetku razrade koncepata proveden je proračun konstrukcije okvira te su odabrani odgovarajući dijelovi za prijenos i podizanje tereta. Model i tehnička dokumentacija izrađeni su u programskom paketu SolidWorks te je na kraju rada prikazan 3D oblik konstrukcije okvira.

Abstract (english)

This thesis will be covering the design of a mobile frame for lifting loads in the workshop space. At the first part of the theoretical introduction, the application and different types of cranes are briefly explained. Subsequently, a market analysis has been conducted in order to generate and describe four concepts. This is followed by evaluation of concepts according to certain criteria. Then, the optimal concept will be selected for further development. After the concepts has been developed, the calculation of the construction frame was carried out and the appropriate components were selected. The model and technical documentation were created in the SolidWorks software package. At the end of this work, the 3D mobile lifting frame model will be presented.
