Abstract

Osnovni cilj ovog rada bio je prikazati vrste prijenosnih uređaja za ispitivanje tvrdoće te kolika je mjerna nesigurnost takvih uređaja u odnosu na stabilne metode ispitivanja tvrdoće.
Teorijski dio rada daje pregled stabilnih i prijenosnih metoda ispitivanja tvrdoće te njihov princip rada.
U eksperimentalnom dijelu prikazani su rezultati ispitivanja tvrdoće dvaju različitih uzoraka. Uzorci su ispitani dvjema metodama; prijenosnom UCI metodom i stabilnom Vickers-ovom metodom. Također prikazana je konverzija iz jedne mjerne skale u drugu na samom prijenosnom tvrdomjeru te je provedeno ispitivanje na stabilnom Rockwell-ovom tvrdomjeru radi usporedbe vrijednosti tvrdoće. Mjerena je vrijednosti tvrdoće materijala prije i nakon podešavanja karakteristika prijenosnog tvrdomjera za koji standardno podešavanje ne bi dalo ispravne rezultate. Provedena je analiza dobivenih rezultata te su dani zaključci.

Abstract (english)

The main aim of this study was to cover the application of portable hardness testers and their measurement uncertanty in regardes to stable hardenss testing methods.
The theoretical part of the study gives an overview of portable and stable hardness testing methods and their working principle.
The experimental part presents the results of the hardness test on two different samples. The samples were tested by two methods; UCI portable method and stable Vickers method. In addition, this paper shows conversion results from one measuring scale to another and hardness values tested with a stable Rockwell tester. Material hardness values were measured before and after adjusting the characteristics of a portable hardness tester for which standard adjustment would not give accurate results. An analysis of the obtained results was performed which lead to conclusions.
