Abstract
Ovim završnim radom istražen je postupak prilagodbe postojeće stupne bušilice za glodanje, pri čemu se očekuje dovoljna točnost u manje zahtjevnim režimima obrade. Provedena je analiza opterećenja za slučajeve bušenja i glodanja, provjerena je krutost kritičnih elemenata i izrađena je konstrukcija koja zadovoljava postavljene uvijete. Tehnička rješenja su podijeljena na funkcionalne cjeline i ukratko opisana te prikazana tehničkom dokumentacijom. Za izradu modela i tehničke dokumentacije korišteni su programski paketi Solidworks i AutoCAD.
Abstract (english)
This thesis explores the means of adaptation of an existing column drill press for adequately accurate, lower load milling operations. Peak load analysis of milling and drilling had been conducted, results were used to test rigidity of critical components and a design compliant with set conditions was created. Technical solutions were devided amongst assemblies, briefly described and presented in the tehnical documentation. AutoCAD and Solidworks were used for 3D modeling and tehnical drawings.
