Abstract

U današnje doba postupak 3D printanja sve više ulazi u svakodnevnu primjenu. Aditivnom proizvodnjom moguće je dobiti kvalitetne i geometrijski izazovne proizvode koji zadovoljavaju zahtjeve tržišta. Pri izradi etalonskih pločica pomoću 3D tehnologije važno je definirati parametre kako bi konačni proizvod zadovoljio standarde propisane normama.

U teorijskom dijelu rada dan je uvid u postupak 3D proizvodnje te zahtjeve i svojstva koja moraju ispunjavati etalonske pločice tvrdoće sukladno normi HRN EN ISO 6507-3:2018.

Metalografska analiza i ispitivanje tvrdoće odrađeno je u polaznom stanju pločice te je detaljno razrađeno u eksperimentalnom dijelu.

Abstract (english)

Nowadays, the process of 3D printing is increasingly becoming an everyday application. With additive manufacturing it is possible to obtain quality and geometrically challenging products that meet market demands. When making reference blocks using 3D technology, it is important to define the parameter in order for the final product to meet the standards of the prescribed norms.

The theoretical part of the paper provides an insight into the 3D production process and the requirements and properties that must meet the standard hardness blocks in accordance with the standard HRN EN ISO 6507-3: 2018.

Metallographic analysis and hardness testing was performed in the initial state of the blocks and was elaborated in detail in the experimental part.
