Abstract

Za potrebe hlađenja elektroničkih komponenata teleskopa opservatorija Rubin proračunat je kompresijski sustav hlađenja. Toplinski učin elektroničkih komponenti je 750 W, temperatura isparavanja - 40 °C te kondenzacije 30 °C. Radna tvar za srednje i niskotemperaturno hlađenje korištena u sustavu je R507A. Napravljen je termodinamički proračun kondenzatora s cijevima u plaštu te je modeliran međuizmjenjivač pomoću Ɛ - NTU metode. Određen je pad tlaka na dionicama cjevovoda te međuizmjenjivaču i isparivaču. Matematički model rada kondenzatora i isparivača napravljen je definiranjem zakona očuvanja mase i energije pomoću računalnog paketa Simulink.

Abstract (english)

For the cooling needs of the telescope sensor, a refrigerant cooling process was defined. The thermal output of the electronic components is 750 W, evaporation temperature -40 °C and condensation 30 °C. The refrigerant used in the system is R507A which is used for medium and low temperature cooling. A thermodynamic calculation of Shell & Tube condenser was made, as well as coaxial heat exchanger which was modeled using Ɛ - NTU method. The pressure drop on the pipeline sections, as well as the pressure drop in coaxial heat exchanger and evaporator, was determined. The mathematical model of condenser and evaporator was made by defining the law of mass and energy conservation using Simulink.
