Abstract

U ovom radu opisana je optimizacija trenutno korištene tehnologije robotiziranog zavarivanja strukture kotla s problemom propuštanja. Ustanovljeno je da do propuštanja zavarenih spojeva dolazi zbog naljepljivanja. Promijenjeni su parametri zavarivanja poput debljine žice, brzine zavarivanja, zaštitnog plina i načina prijenosa metala te su zavareni probni uzorci, koji su potom podvrgnuti analizi. Zaključeno je da se zbog korištenja tanje žice i trokomponentne plinske mješavine postiže bolja penetracija. Pri tome su eliminirani greška propuštanja i naljepljivanje uz veću brzinu zavarivanja. Također su, u prvom dijelu rada, teoretski objašnjeni MAG postupak zavarivanja, korišteni NDT postupci, kao i područje robotiziranog zavarivanja.

Abstract (english)

In this thesis the optimisation of currently used technology of robotically welded boiler structure with leakage problem is described. It was established that the cause of leakage of welded joints is lack of fusion. Welding parameters such as wire thickness, welding speed, shielding gas and metal transfer mode were changed and test specimens were welded and then subjected to analysis. It has been found that better penetration is achieved due to the use of a thinner wire and a three-component gas mixture. Leaking has been eliminated as well as lack of fusion while the welding speed has been increased. In the first part of the thesis, the MAG welding process is theoretically explained, as well as used NDT methods and the domain of robotic welding.
