Abstract

U ovom diplomskom radu, razvijen je 3D numerički model zuba na temelju CT snimki stvarnog jednokorijenskog zuba. Korištenjem programskih paketa Catia i Abaqus, virtualno je oblikovan model zuba s ispunom. Provedene su linearne analize metodom konačnih elemenata za zdravi zub i zub s kompozitnim ispunom. Istraženo je djelovanje temperaturne promjene od 24 °C, koncentriranih sila u iznosima od 100 N i 400 N te kombiniranog opterećenja. Rezultati računalnih simulacija metodom konačnih elemenata pokazali su da se maksimalna naprezanja javljaju na caklini po spoju s dentinom u slučaju zdravog zuba, odnosno po spoju s ispunom i dentinom u slučaju zuba s ispunom. Provedene simulacije pokazale su da su naprezanja na zubu s kompozitnim ispunom većih iznosa u odnosu na naprezanja na zdravom zubu.

Abstract (english)

Based on the CT image of the tooth, a 3D numerical model of the tooth was developed in the scopeof this Master’s Thesis. By using the Catia and Abaqus software packages, a virtual
model of the tooth with the filling is created. A linear analyses, based on finite element method, were performed for healthy tooth and tooth with composite filling. The effect of temperature changes of 24 °C, concentrated forces of 100 N and 400 N and combined load was investigated. The results of the numerical simulations, carried out by applying the finite element method, showed that the maximum stresses occur on the enamel. In case of the healthy tooth, maximum stresses occur along the joint of the enamel and dentin, while in case of tooth with filling, maximum stresses occur along the joint of the enamel and filling, and also along the joint of the enamel and dentin. The conducted simulations showed that the stresses on the tooth with composite filling are higher compared to the stresses on a healthy tooth.
