Abstract

U radu je ukratko opisana metoda statičkog vlačnog ispitivanja materijala, a pri tome je opširnije opisana i metoda statičkog vlačnog ispitivanja pri sniženim temperaturama sukladno normom HRN EN ISO 6892-3:2015. Ovom normom se na sniženim temperaturama određuju osnovna mehanička svojstva materijala. Dan je pregled osnovne skupine čelika za rad pri niskim temperaturama i opreme potrebne za takvo ispitivanje. U eksperimentalnom dijelu iz literaturnih izvora proučeni su i određeni faktori utjecaja na rezultate ispitivanja. Provedeno je ispitivanje čelika te analiza rezultata primjenom stečenog znanja. Ispitivanje se provodilo na četiri različite temperature (sobnoj temperaturi, 0 ℃, -20 ℃, -60 ℃) te se usporedili rezultati.

Abstract (english)

This work shortly describes static tensile testing method of material, with focus on the static tensile testing method at low temperatures according to the HRN EN ISO 6892-3:2015 standards. This standard is used to determine basic mechanical features of the materials at low temperatures. The work provides overview of the basic steel groups for working at low temperatures and equipment required for such examinations. In the experimental part, impact factors on the examination results were studied and determined from the literature sources. Steel examination and the analysis of the results was conducted by applying acquired knowledge. Research was conducted on four different temperatures (room temperature, 0 °C, -20 °C, -60 °C) and the results were compared.
