Abstract

U ovom radu provedena je numerička analiza čvrstoće specijalizirane proteze za trčanje pri čemu su razmatrane dvije varijante proteza. Prva je kompozitna, a druga je izrađena 3D printanjem i topološki optimizirana. Za numerički proračun čvrstoće i topološku optimizaciju korišten je program Ansys. U prvom poglavlju dan je kratki uvod o uzrocima amputacije nogu te o visokoj cijeni istih za ljude iz zemalja u razvoju. U drugom poglavlju objašnjeno je što su kompozitni materijali te načini popuštanja kompozitnih materijala. Treće poglavlje daje kratki uvid u povijest proteza za trčanje. Također, navedene su kategorije proteza i neke komercijalno dostupne proteze. U četvrtom poglavlju navedene su najčešće korištene aditivne tehnologije te su prikazane proteze izrađene 3D printanjem. Peto poglavlje sadrži numeričku analizu dvije kompozitne proteze i pet proteza izrađenih 3D printanjem. Također, prikazani su rezultati kriterija popuštanja te je provedena usporedba rezultata vertikalnih pomaka i faktora sigurnosti.

Abstract (english)

In this paper, a numerical analysis of a specialized running prosthesis was performed, where two variants of the prosthesis were considered. The first is composite prosthesis and the second is made by 3D printing and topologically optimized. Ansys was used for numerical strength calculation and topological optimization. The first chapter gives a brief introduction about the causes of foot amputations and their high price for people from developing countries. The second chapter explains composite materials and damage criteria. The third chapter gives a brief insight into the history of running specific prosthesis. Also, categories of leg prosthesis and some commercially available running prosthesis are listed. The fourth chapter lists the most commonly used additive technologies and presents prostheses made by 3D printing. The fifth chapter contains a numerical analysis of two composite prostheses and five prostheses made by 3D printing. Also, the results of the damage criteria are presented and a comparison of the results of vertical displacements and safety factors is performed.
