Abstract

Tema ovog diplomskog rada je opis rada i konstrukcija inovativnog hidrauličkog stroja za cijepanje ogrjevnog drva. Na temelju provedene analize postojećeg stanja tržišta utvrđeno je da postoje razne varijante strojeva za cijepanje drva koji se međusobno razlikuju po svojim karakteristikama. Stoga je u radu dan pregled takvih strojeva dostupnih na tržištu na temelju kojeg je izrađen inovativni koncept stroja koji će se pokretati pomoću traktora. Opisane su sve potrebne komponente hidrauličkog sustava te sam princip rada stroja. Pored toga, izvršen je proračun konstrukcije stroja, te je zatim proveden odabir odgovarajućih hidrauličkih komponenata dostupnih na tržištu uključujući i odgovarajući radni fluid. Konačno je dan prijedlog inovativnog rješenja koje koristi hidraulički akumulator u svrhu povećanja efikasnosti stroja te je izvršena simulacija radnog ciklusa cijepanja. Rezultati simulacije uspoređeni su s radom konvencionalnog rješenja te je na kraju rada dan zaključak uz smjernice i dokumentaciju za njegovu izradu što je i konačan cilj ovog rada.

Abstract (english)

The topic of this master’s thesis is the operating description and development of an innovative hydraulic firewood splitting machine. According to the conducted market analysis, many variants of wood splitting machines are available, with different characteristics. Therefore, the thesis provides an overview of such commercially-available machines, which are used as a basis for the development of an innovative concept which is powered by an agricultural tractor. All necessary hydraulics components and the principle of operation are described. In addition, the machine design-related calculations were performed, and selection of appropriate hydraulic components available on the market was conducted along with the selection appropriate working fluid. Finally, an innovative solution which uses a hydraulic accumulator in order to increase the efficiency of the machine is also proposed, and simulation of the typical operating cycle was performed. The results of simulations are compared with the operation of a conventional solution, and at the end of the thesis a conclusion is given with guidelines and documentation for machine construction, which was the final goal of this thesis.
