Abstract

U ovom radu je opisana primjena simulacijskog softvera za analizu i pomoć unapređenju proizvodnog procesa.
U prvom dijelu radu opisana je tvrtka OMCO Croatia d.o.o. koja se bavi proizvodnjom alata za izradu staklene ambalaže. Također su objašnjenje i teorijske osnove simulacija, s naglaskom na simulacije diskretnih događaja. Navedeni su i najčešći softverski alati koji se koriste za simulacije, a poseban naglasak je dan na softver koji je korišten za simulaciju proizvodnog procesa ove tvrtke.
U nastavku rada je detaljno opisan proces proizvodnje odabranog alata kroz detaljno opisane sve faze proizvodnje te su navedeni strojevi i operacije koje se odvijaju na konkretnim strojevima u tim fazama. Također su i opisani pojedini proizvodi, odnosno planovi proizvodnje tih proizvoda. Nakon opisa procesa predstavljen je simulacijski model, a nakon verifikacije i validacije modela, izvršena je analiza postojećeg proizvodnog sustava te su predložene preinake s ciljem unapređenja proizvodnog procesa. Na kraju se izvršila simulacija i analiza danih preporuka za poboljšanje proizvodnog sustava.

Abstract (english)

This thesis describes the application of simulation software for analysis and assistance in improving the production process.
The first part of the paper describes the company OMCO Croatia d.o.o. which is engaged in the production of tools for making glass packaging. There are also explanations and theoretical foundations of simulations, with an emphasis on simulations of discreet events. The most common software tools used for simulations are also listed, with special emphasis on the software used to simulate the production process of this company.
The following is a detailed description of the production process of the selected tool through a detailed description of all stages of production and lists the machines and operations that take place on specific machines in these stages. Individual products are also described, ie production plans for these products. After the description of the process, the simulation model was presented, and after the verification and validation of the model, the analysis of the existing production system was performed, and modifications were proposed in order to improve the production process. Finally, a simulation and analysis of the given recommendations for the improvement of the production system was performed.
